To start new service or transfer existing service, the customer financially responsible for the account must apply for the account in-person. All applicants must provide the following:
- Valid drivers license or government issued photo ID
- Copy of rental license agreement (if not the homeowner)(a digital copy and or electronic copy of the lease will be accepted as well as a paper copy)
- Deposit: $194 ($63 water, $76 sewer, $55 trash). This deposit is typical for a house, where all three services are provided. Most apartments have a deposit of $139, as we only provide water and sewer.
- In lieu of deposit, a current letter of credit from another utility provider showing 12 months of continuous service without penalties or discounts may be provided
- Payment of all prior outstanding bills
Cancelling service may be done by phone or in person.
